In a speech the Commandant of the Canadian cadets said lie had been requested by Sir Charles Tupper, son of the Canadian pioneer, to give the following message to Australians:—"ln time of trouble, great or small, you can depend that Canadians will give their lives and money and do everything to help you or any other part of the nation to remain a portion of the Empire."
