THE FLEET PERSONNEL. By Cable—Press Association—Copyrigbt. Received 16, 11.10 p.m. London. August 16. The Admiralty, requiring before the end of March an additional ten thousand men, invites seamen and stokers becoming entitled to pensions to re-engage for a further quinquennium, receiving the usual pay besides pensions. It also invites special service seamen and stokers completing their quinquennium afloat to re-engage, for three years, with a corresponding reduction of their seven years' service in the reserve.
