His injudicious interference with Unionists in Great Britain, with Ulster's grave situation, except in the way of warning, only makes it easy for a solemn sophist like Mr. Churchill to transfer to them the responsibility of a danger which the Government themselves created. The Government were the aggressors, and with them the responsibility of all that may happen in. Ulster primarily lies.
