August, 1912, at two o'clock in the afternoon, — ALL that piece or parcel of land, containing by admeasurement thirteen perches, more or less, being subdivision 7 on a subdivisional plan of sections numbered one hundred and seventyone and one hundred and seventy.-three on the plan of the town of New Plymouth attached to a declaration of Thomas Kingswell Skinner, registered No. 27,761, bounded towards the North by other part of said section numbered 173, 163.48 links, towards the east my subdivision numbered 8, 50 links, towards the south by section numbered 175, 103.48 links, and towards the west by Water Lane, 30 links. The above property will be offered for sale on behalf of the mortgagees hi exercise of the powers of sale conferred on the mortgagees by a certain deed of mortgage bearing date the 24th day of April, 1902, and registered in the Deeds Registry Office under No. 28,183.
