Dunedin, Last Night, This morning forty-one miners, truckers and shiftmen went to work at the Kaitangata mine. ®ne shift only is to be worked in the meantime, although the strikers seem determined. Already 1 , there have teen a few defections from their ranks, while others sooner than ae-; cept the company's terms have left Kai*' tangata for fresh -fields. THE ARBITRATION COURT. Dunedin, Last Night. ) At a meeting of the Trades and Labor' Council to-night a motion was carried opposing any alteration in the constitution of the Arbitration Court which .Trill abolish the permanent representation of workers and employers. A committee was appointed to consider fur)tjxer amendments of the Act. (
