THE WEATHER
SUMMARY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department issued the following weather summary and foreeast at 5 p.m.:—Summary: The barometer has fallen everywhere, and the weather has become milder and the skies overcast in most parts of the country. Rain has fallen in the north and several plaees to-day. Northerly breezes have predominated. Forecast: Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with mist and rain following generally. Moderate to strong northerly weather is expected, with a falling barometer everywhere.
