Walter Davis .'has been arrested at Toronto on a charge of complicity in the bank robbery at New Westminster, British Columbia. Stolen notes were found in his possession. Davis is the fourth person arrested since the Australian, Maclc, was captured. The Pinkerton detectives declare that they now have sufficent evidence to convict all the accused. SENTENCED TO DEATH.
