WAR WITH TURKEY URGED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 12, 11.35 p.m. Sofia, August 12. The massacre at Kochan greatly excited the Bulgarians. The Nationalist press urges war with Turkey. The Ministerial journal at Mir urges European intervention, or joint action in the Balkan States to prevent their kinsmen's extermination. The Government has decided to maintain friendly relations, and relies on Turkey fulfilling her latest promises.
