NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. A mixed foursome.s was played on Saturday for prizes presented by Mr. Standish and the club, and attracted a record entry of 28 couples. Better weather was experienced than has fallen to the lot of previous mixed foursomes this season, they having been played in more or less of a downpour. Eighteen holes were played, and the winners, Miss Bewlev ami A. Bewley, sent in tihe good score of 93—7—8fi. Members are reminded that it is necessary to put cards in to have their scores recognised, only 14 being put in out of 28. The following are the six best caTds:— Miss Bewley and A. Bewley 93 "7 88 Miss Stephenson and Ward 93 4 80 Miss Brewster and McCord 95 5 90 Miss Rundle and Bary jO4 9 95 Miss Blundell and W. Bewley 108 10Vs 97Vs Mrs Kebbell and Kobbell 125 24% 100y 2 TARAHUA CLUB. A ladies' bogey match was-played on the Tarahua links on Saturday, and was won by Miss Sinclair. There were no men's matches. Matches will be played this week both o'n Thursday and Saturday.
