MOORE COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Hamilton, Last Night. Kenneth Moore was charged at the Police Court to-day with the manslaughter of tlhe native Abraham Ngihiwi, through a bare-knuekle fiight at Taupiri, on July 28; also with "having taken part in a prize-fight. The evidence was substantially the same as at the inquest. The accused' pleaded not 'guilty, and reserved his defence. He was committed for trial at the Supreme Court at Hamilton. Bail was granted in two sureties of £IOO each. One of the justices remarked that lie did not look upon the case as a serious one. it being more unlucky than anything else.
