■Mr. Fisher stated that the Government was not acquainted with all the steps taken by 'Britain to safeguard the Dominions' interests, and the Government was hardly called upon to enquire into the subject, but it was satisfied that if any additional vigilance were necessary it would be shown by the British Government.
