At the Sydney sales Clydesdale mare lots on behalf of New Zealand breeders brought from 34gs. to 02y,gs. The Department of Agriculture purchased Mr. James Grant's Fanny, for 50gs., and Mr. Daniel McKendry's Queen for 68gs., for the Government stud farm. The Clydesdale stallion Rob Anderson has been sold privately for lOOgs.
