AUSTRIAN* COMMENT. Vienna, August 5. The Heichpost states that the convention refers to the Black Sea fleet •nd its eventual action in the Eastern Mediterranean. England appears re•conciled to having other Powers established on the Hank of the Suez Canal, and if so Austria must have a naval toase in the Aegean Sea.
