Sydney, August 5. i The New Zealand-bred Clydesdale stallion Plucky Wiliie's progeny figured prominently in the Royal Horse Show. Plucky Willie secured the 100 guineas premium for the best draught stallion in the show, and first for bi«t stallion. Royal Willie and Gallant Willie, two Bona, were awarded firsts in the three and two year classrs respectively, while a daughter secured first iu fillies under tljree years. The New Zealand-bred mares Milton Lass ;<nd Pride got first and second in mares over four years, and the New Zealand-bred mare Miss Murary first in the three-year-old class. Sylranite topped the list in thoroughbred staHions. At the horse sales in connection with the show, bidding was slack and prices low. Many were passed in. Clydesdales included. Lots ranging from 35 to 100 guineas werp sold on behalf of Messrs. Boag. Hastie, Christie, Blair and Ward, all New Zealanders.
