ANNUAL REPORT. The following, report will be presented at the seventeenth annual meeting of shareholders of the Moa Dairy Company,, which is to be held at Inglewcfod tomorrow:—"The amount of milk received was 20,541,02411)8, producing 797,132.751bs of butter-fat. The amount of cream received was 25,2531b5, producing 12,240.21 11* of butter-fat., Th® quantity of butter manufactured' was 936,0281b5—417 tons 17 cwt 1 qr 16 lbs. The over-run for the period was 15.64, and the average test of the milk received 3.88. Suppliers received an advance of lid per lb of butter-fat for the months August to March inclusive, and per lb of I butter-fat for April, and May. In addition, a bonus of %d per lb of butter-fat supplied, from August to May, inclusive, has been paid, making & total payment of 11.80 d per lb of butter-fat to suppliers for the period covered by this balance sheet. Owing to the unseasonable weather experienced during the spring and early summer, the milk supply has been: much lower than would have been the case had the weather been favorable for dairying. As the period cowered by the balance-sheet is only ten months, the figures usually supplied for comparative purposes are useless. You will be asked to elect aeven directors in place it those now holding office, all of. whom retire in accordance with Article No. 78, and all of whom are eligible for re-election, and also to appoint two auditors, the services of Messrs. In addition to the ordinary business the following notice of motion by Mr. D. T. Egarr will be brought forward:— "That the objects clause of the memorandum of association be extended so as to enable the company toc««imenoe and' carry on a general store in connection with the company."'
