Morris Schwartzkopp was allot dead, and Maxwell Katz seriously wounded today. Raymond Forbey, alias Clark, a man with a criminal record, has been charged with both crimes. He was captured in a cellar by two policemen, at the .point of a revolver. Katz identified Forbey as his assailant. The latter called at Sehwartzkopp's store and argued over repairs to a watch. ITe shot the victim in the neck, and then called at Katz's cigar store and began shooting. Katz grappled with him and was wounded three times. Forbey is believed to 'be concerned with two others in killing Walter Meseritz in February. Forbey gave the name of Walter Brooks, and asserted that he was not guilty.
