Th« results are as follows: Waterloo Cup.—Third ties: Mosquilo beat Miss Abduction; Lady Emmelin* beat Heather Jock; Master Wairiki beat Naughty Girl. Fourth ties: Mosquito beat Lady Emmeline; Master Wairiki ran a bye, beating All Red. Final! Mr. W. Morton's Master Wairiki bent Mr. A. Goddard's Mosquito. Waterloo Plate.—Dreadless bent Mis» Buckland; Renown beat Miss Masonic; Egmont beat Jessie's Drea'm; KillarneT beat Leporine; Waterfall and Sweet Lilac ran accidental byes. Final ties: Renown beat Dreadless; Waterfall beat Egmont;_ Sweet Lilac beat Killarney. The prize was accordingly divided amongs the owners—Messrs. Armstrong, and Brown (owners of Renown), and Mr! T. Lobb (owner of Waterfall an* Sweet I Lilac).
