RIFLE SHOOTING
TARANAKI RIFLES. The Taranaki Rifles A Company fired the long range match for the company championship on Saturday afternoon. There was a strong, irregular and bitterly cold wind blowing (almost a gale), and a very bad light, making good shooting, even for the most experienced shots, very difficult.
