Replying to the Russian demands for reparation for the murder of Mussulmans at Khotan, the Government is prepared to give compensation if the Chinese are proved guilty. The Assembly has accepted Yuan-Shi-Kai's nominees, except one, a member of the Munginen-Hui Party.
