THE WAITARA BURGLARIES
COMMITTED .FOR TRIAL. By Telegraph—Press Association. Stratford, Friday. Thomas William Deam, aged 20, and Percy Eichstaedt, aged 18, were charged at the Magistrate's Court to-day with breaking and entering a store at Strathmore. Constable Liston, who made the arrests, gave evidence that he found in Eichstaedt's swag ten plugs of gelignite, detonators, and fuse, and that both men hud loaded revolvers. Both accused pleaded guilty and were committed to the Supreme Court, Wellington, for sentence.
