NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB. New Plymouth will play Inglewood at New Plymouth this afternoon with the following team:—Bewley, W. C. Weston, A. H. Glasgow, C. H. Weston, J. S. S. Medley, W. P. Nicoll, D. K. Morrison, J. Johnston, D. Hutchen, G. M. Kebbell, A. Goldwater and F. Honan. The club will be represented as follows in its match against Waitara on the batter's links next Saturday:—Mrs. Paton, Mrs. Johns, Miss Read, Miss Blundell, and Messrs. W. C. Weston, F, S. Johns, E. Bary, J. Paton, A. H. Glasgow and C. H. Weston.

The aemi-tfnals for the ladies' senior and junior championships resulted as follows:

■Senior: Miss Stephenson defeated Mrs. Johns, 6 up a,nd 4. Miss Brewster defeated Miss Blundell, 4 up and 3. Junior: Mrs. Hutton defeated Mrs. KebbeH, 5 up and 4. Mrs. Wlietter defeated Miss Bradbury, 4 up and 3. The finals will be played on August 6. The three best cards in the foursome ruedal handicap were:— Mrs. Hutton and Miss Bundle, 122 25—97. Mrs. Haslam and Miss Dowline, 137 37—106. Mrs. Glasgow and Mrs. Kebbell, 137 35—102. The monthly medal handicap for the Edmunds' medal will be played next Tuesday, together with the first round for the Bachelors' trophy. The second round will he played on Tuesday, August
