The commandant at Hankow telegraphed that unless the Assembly ceases to obstruct tlie Government 'lie will bring troops to Pekin and burn out the Assembly. Yuan-Shi-Kai is gaining the support of ail parties except the TungMcnhue, which desires Sun-Yat-Sen as President, and Tan-Shango-Shai as Premier.
