NELSON'S BISHOPRIC.

CAN OX SADLER CONSECRATED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Nelson, Last Night. Canon William Charles Sadler was consecrate:! fourth Ms-hop of Nelson today by the Primate, Bishop Nevill, of Dunedin, assisted bv the Bishops of Auckland and Wellington. Bishop Mules, the retiring Bishop of Nelson, was absent through indisposition. The service, was wholly choral, the combined choirs of the local Anglican churches rendering the music. Sixteen diocesan clergy participated. The preacher was Bishop Crossley, who dealt with the church in relation to the present day world movements and the adaptability of the Anglican episcopate to conditions everywhere. Bishop Sadler was enthroned this afternoon, the visiting bishops and clergy again being present The sermon was preached by Bishop Sprott. The cathedral was crowded to the doors at both services.
