A fishery protection cruiser arrested an American launch for breach of the fishery laws. The Americans refused to surrender, and the cruiser's men used their rides, and finally rammed ' and sunk tlie launch, rescuing the men. COLD STORAGE FACILITIES. London, July IS. The Port of London Authority has arranged to raise the cold storage'facilities to a total of 1,100,000 carcases.
