THE COURT'S FINDING. By Telegraph—Press Association. ftisborne, Last Night. The Magisterial Court's finding in the Star of Canada enquiry exonerated Captain Hart and the officers of the vessel from blame, and returned their certificates. The Court found that the loss was caused by the vessel dragging her anchors; that there was no misconduct or neglect; and, in answer to a question whether she should have put to sea earlier in the evening, the Court IHd that the captain was quite justified in lying where lie was. Captain and officers, said the "Magistrate, left the Court without the slightest stain on Unrr professional reputation.
