BOROUGH INSPECTOR.
To the Editor. 1 Sir,—ls there nothing else for the borough inspector to do but sit in a coekloft over a stable to watch what the custodian of the library does with a handful of dust in a morning? The thing is altogether too silly. It is a wonder that His Worship the Mayor 1 or councillors would allow such pettyfogging annoyance to be made by one of their employees toward another.—l am, ete., FAIR PLAY.
