THE NAVAL QUESTION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 12, 9.40 p.m. London, July 12. The Prime Minister presided over a meeting of the Defence Committee. Mr. Borden and other members of the Canadian Cabinet, Mr. Haldane,' Mr. Lloyd George and Mr. Winston Churchill also attended. Mr. Churchill and Mr. Borden will shortly discuss the general basis of the naval question before the formal conference begins.
