LONDON MARKETS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright.' London, July 10. The wool sales are firm for all sorts. The Americans are operating freely in medium to line crossbreds. The visile American wheat supply is 41,9(13,000' bushels. Silver, 28 1-1 Od. L. A. NOLAN & CO.'S REPORT. Poultry.—Owing to the unfavorable weather last Saturday, our entry was below the average. All lines offered met with keen competition, prices being, very high all through. Prices were as follows:—Hens (fat) 2s Id to 2s 7d, ordinary Is lOd to 2s, cockerels 2s to 2s 4d, pullets 2s 2d to 2s 4d, turkey hens 3s 3d to 3s 6d. ducks 2s to 2s 6d.

In the mart we had a large quantity of household furniture, which attracted buyers and'consequently sold well.

■Fruit—The . market is rather bare, Very ' little' cdifting' forward. Apples show a further increase in price. Dripping, Gd per lb. These prices are for cash only; y 2 d per lb for booking over one week.
