The revenue figures indicate a rapid increase in the per capita consumption of liquor and tobacco throughout the Dominion. TRAIN HELD UP. New York, July 10. Four masked men near Coffeyville, Kansas, held up a Missouri-Texas passenger train and attempted to rob the safe, but it resisted their efforts, and after two hours the robbers fled leaving the passengers untouched. ASTOR'S TOMB GUARDED. • New York, July 10. Guards by day and night are watching the tomb of John Jacob Astor, who perished on the Titanic. His relations decline to state the cause, but it is believed that there is a fear of desecration of the tomb by enemies of the, family. A DISASTROUS FIRE. Ottawa, July 10. Fire destroyed the township at the Thousand Islands Park, a noted tourist resort. Two hundred houses, including several hotels, wore burnt. There was no loss of life.
