FRENCH ELECTORAL REFORM. Bv Cable—Press Association— Copyright. Received 12. 12.20 a.m. Paris, July 11. The Chambicr of Deputies adopted the Electoral Reform Bill by 339 votes to 217. Mr. Poineare claimed that the Bill gave a majority of voters a majority of seats. The Radicals created an uproar and hurled insults at the Premier, whom the supporters of proportional representation loudly cheered.
