THE NEW MINISTRY.
A FORECAST. By Telegraph —Parliamentary Reporter. Wellington, Last Night. The new Ministry will be announced to-morrow afternoon. The Cabinet, as far as can be gauged from present appearances, will include the following members:— Mr. W. H. Massey (Franklin), Prime Minister. Mr. J. Allen (Bruce). Mr. W. H. Herries (Tauranga). Mr. A. L. Herdman (Wellington N.). Mr. W. Fraser (Wakatipu). •Dr. Poniare (Western Maori), Native Minister. Mr. H. D. Bell, Leader of the Legislative Council. Mr. R. Heaton Rhodes (Ell earn ere). Mr. F. M. B. Fisher (Wellington Central).
