WRECKAGE DISCOVERED. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Frcmantle. July 8. The steamer Bullara, on the voyage from Cossack to Port Headland, passed a derelict which appeared to be the bilge of a vessel 200 feet long, supposed to be a portion of the Koombana.
