A Radical named Wang boarder! the steamer, covered Tang-shao-vi with two revolvers, and demanded reasons for his flight. The explanations were evidently satisfactory, but Wang determined to accompany him to Shanghai. As the steamer cast Off Tang-shao-vi eluded Wang anil slipped ashore.
