At the Warwick Farm races yesterday, the Flying Welter resulted: Brave Heart 1, Blakeney 2, Hymeneal 3. Eighteen horses started. Won by a length. Time, lmin 15sec. The winner was bred by Sir Geo. Clifford at Stoneyhurst, and Blakeney, the second horse, is also New Zealand-bred, having been owned and raced by "Mr. liighden." Ha was taken to Sydney by G. Price, in company with the sprinter Boaaerges.

At the Victorian Grand National meeting the following was the result of the GRAND NATIONAL HURDLE RACE, of 15 sovs each, with 1500 sots added. Three miles. Wingarar, 9.6 (McGregor) I Uxbridge, 10,0 (Coleman) a Lion, 9.10 (Hawkins) 3 Arquebuse 11.13, Obi 11.8, Yudnappina 11.6, Flavel 11.6, Forest Prince 11.2, Merry Monarch 10.10, Yandilla King 10,10, Jolly Boy 10.4. Flash Jack 10.2, Fiddlestring 10.2. Rufite 10.0, Joe 10.0, Rogue's March'9.B, Yatk 9.8, Bribery 0.6, Merriwoola 9.0, Mountain Heather 9.6. Hardrada 9.4, Blnck Native 9.4, and Powerful 9.2 also started. The first to move were Rufus and Obi, but running out of the straight Forest Prince took command from Yandilla King and Flash Jack. Along the back Jolly Bov led from Fiddlestring, with Lion handy. At the bridge the leading division were Wingarar, Forest Prince. Lion and Uxbridge. Into the straight Lion showed the way to Wingarar and Uxbridge. Wingarar led over the last hurdle from Uxbridge, And in a good race won by a length, with Lion half a length away third. Time, iimin 47sec.

The committee of the Canterbury Jockey Club, under nart 10, rule 9, havo allowed the correction of the entry of Captain Jingle, The telegraphic entry in the Grand National Hurdle Ttacp was an error in transmission, and the horse should have been entered in the Grand' National Steeplechase.
