ATTEMPT TO WRECK A TRAIN. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Calcutta, July 4. A sleeper was. placed on the rails of the Darjeeling line to wreck the train in which Lord Carmiehael. (Jovernor of Boml)iiy, was travelling. The police assert that there was a deliberate conspiracy. Two Calcutta Bengalis and three others are under suspicion.
