l SUMMAKY AND FORECAST. By Telegraph—Press Association. I Wellington, Last Night. The Meteorological Department published the following summary and foresast at 5 p.m.:— Weather with drizzling rain in parts is now reported everywhere. Northerly jrinda have risen strong to gale, and Ihe barometer has fallen everywhere. Forecast.—Present indications are for high northerly winds, veering by west to southerlies shortly. Heavy rain is probable on all the western coast especially, and general rainfall may be expected soon, with snow in the south and on the higher levels, and colder weather everywhere. The barometer is falling further for several hours in the north. tut rising everywhere after about 16 hours. Another westerly low pressure area will probably bring very unsettled weather in the middle of next week.
