A body of Hibernians returning from a Nationalists' meeting at Castle Dawson, attacked five hundred children of a Sunday-school excursion carrying a Union Jack. The police and Protestant residents rescued the children after half an hour's free fight. A similar attack was made at Innisruch on schoolchildren returning from an annual fete.
