j REDUCING THE INCOME TAX. i By Cable—Press Association —Copyright. Received 2, 12.25 a.m. Hobart. July 1. The revenue for the year was £1,084,382. which is £19,279 above the estimate. The surplus is £21.000. Owing to the buoyancy of the revenue, the Premier proposes to reduce the income tax.
