TROUBLE IN THE BALKANS
MACEDONIAN MUTINEERS. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Received 30, 5.5 p.m. Athens, June 30. The mutineers in Macedonia demanded the dismissal of the Cabinet, the prohibition of army officers concerning themselves in politics, and the prevention of the Committee of Union and Progress interfering with the Government. Several officers refused to pursue the mutineers. Three companies at Okrhida and one at Zumaidala mutineed. The initiative was invariably taken by the officers, not against the Constitution, but against the Government, particularly Mahrnud Shevket Pasha, the Minister of War.
