i _ TERRITORIALS FINED. By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Friday. : At the Stipendiary Magistrate's Court two Territorials worn fined 20s and costs and one convicted and ordered to paycosts for failing to put in the required number of drills under the Defence Act. CHARGE OF FORGERY. Wanganui, Friday. At the Magistrate's Court this morning a young man, named George. Allen, pleaded guilty to three charges of forgery and uttering, and was committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
