WEBSTER BROS.' REPORT. Poultry.—At the mart' on Saturday some very choice purebred poultry were penned. Prices throughout were decidedly in advance of the previous week, as under:—liens (old) Is Gd to Is lOd, young Is lOd to 2s 9d, pullets (young) 2s Gd to 2s 9d, forward purebred brown Leghorns 4s 6d to 5s 7d, purebred white Leghorns 3s to 7s. 3d, purebred black Orpingtons 4s to 4s Gd, ducks Is Sd to '2s, drakes Is !)d to 2s Cd, purebred Indian Runner drakes ss, purebred Pekin ducks 3s 3d to 4s !)d, cockerels (young) Is 4d to Is !)d, fat 2s to 3s, purebred brown Leghorn cockerels S)s fid, purebred white Leghorn cockerels 7s. Fruit.-—During the week small quantities have come to hand, oranges and apples being the only lines offering. Prices as under, according to quality and size of cases: —Bananas (ripe) 3d per lb, oranges (re-packs) !)s Gd to 10a, apples (best), colored desserts 7s Gd to 8s Gd, cookers os Gd to Gs Gd, passions 3s to 4s Gd, lemons 13s to lGs, carrots 4s Gd sack, cabbages 3s sack, pears (dessert) fls to 12s Gd, cookers 7s to 9s, mandarins 13s case, pie melons l%d lb.
