MOTOR-BOAT COLLISION. By Cable—Press Association—Copyright. Berlin, June 24. A motor-boat, with 37 people aboard, collided with a steamer on the Havel river at Potsdam and sank. Two persons were drowned. Some of those rescued were robbed by hooligans. ARREST OF ANARCHISTS. Vienna, June 24. Three supposed Anarchists were arrested at Iglav, during the visit of King Ferdinand of Bulgaria. THE OBLIGATION OF NEUTRALITY. Brussels, June 24. The King, in a speech at a military fete, expressed the hope that the country would realise the supreme obligation of neutrality, and make sacrifices in the event of international complications compelling Belgium to defend its inviolability. INDEPENDENT SWEDEN. Paris, June 24. The Petite Republique states that Sweden has rejected Germany's offer to defend her against Russia, as she did not require anyone to defend her integrity and honor. A PLETHORA OF STOWAWAYS. London, June 24. The White Star steamer Teutonic took 23 stowaways to Quebec, but had to bring them back again to Liverpool, where they were handed over to the police. THE MILITARY IN INDIA. London, June 24. The Pall Mall Gazette says that FieldMarshal Nicholson's commission in India means the substantial reversal of Lord Kitchener's policy, and the British garrison will be greatly reduced.
