THE FLOATING FACTORY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Westport, Last Night. The s.s. Raknira, of the Norwegian fishing fleet, arrived from Norway, via Capetown, Port Natal and Fremantie, to-night. She is fitted out with a trying out installation and a capacity for SOW tons of oil. The Raknira is the floating factory of the fleet. There are in all 82 hands aboard the Rakuira. The ship will replenish her bunkers, stores and provisions, and will leave on Thursday for Russell.
