THE PORTUGUESE STRIKE. Lisbon, June 23. Twelve thousand weavers at Covilhas iave struck. Received 24, 9.50 p.m. Lisbon, June 24. Fifteen thousand cork workers and eoopers have struck. There were many attacks on the polio-, and one was shot 4ead. THE FRENCH STRIKE. Paris, June 23. The Seamen's Union, while willing to accept Government arbitration, reserved the right to accept or reject the award. The masters, in consequence, will not agree to the proposal. BOYCOTTING BLUEJACKETS. Received 24, 9.50 p.m. Paris, June 24. The dockers at Marseilles resolved to boycott vessels manned by bluejackets.
