CUBAN REBELS' DOINGS. _. New York, June 4. The Cuban rebel leaders are still exacting money and arms from propertyowners in isolated districts, and threatening to burn their homes if they refuse to comply with any demand. jßeneral Estonez, the real leader of the negroes, has captured and! burned Lamaya, 3!) miles from Sanitago de Cuba. A force of armed townsmen that attempted to defend the place was compelled to retreat to the hills. Rumors continue, to be heard of the general uprising that is being planned in Havana, and) these reports are strengthened by the fact that within the last few days thousands of knives and daggers have been sold to negroes. Several minor skirmishes have taken place lately between the Government troops and the insurgents.
