The rough weather prevailing on the coast yesterday delayed the Rotoiti, en route from Wellington, considerably. The discharge pf her cargo will be proceeded with to-day and she will sail afterwards on her return to Wellington. * THE MOA. The Moa discharged her cargo of 126 tons of coal yesterday and sailed about 4 p.m. for Westport. THE ECHO. The Echo was unable to complete the discharge of her timber yesterday owing to the wet weather. When she completes and the weather moderates she will sail for Mokan.
