He did not approve of the look-out using \ binoculars. BOATS BY TONNAGE. London, June 18. Sir Normal Hill, chairman of the (Board of Trade Advisory Committee, gave evidence that the committee was still considering the question of additional boats. He thought the tonnage basis was best. It was impossible to - earry sufficient boats ready for launching to accommodate two thousand passengers, but there should be a substantial increase in the number.
