FIRES.
AN INCENDIARY OUTBREAK. By Telegraph—Press Association. Westport, Monday. A deliberate attempt was made to burn down a dwelling in Westport on Sunday morning. A house occupied by Mrs. Hanna was discovered to be on fire, and when the outbreak was quelled it was found that a large quantity of sacking, saturated with kerosene, had been pushed under the dwelling and ignited.
