Eight thousand suffragettes held a demonstration at the Albert Hall, and resolved oil a hunger strike, unless all prisoners were transferred to the first division by Wednesday. It is understood that Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence and Mrs. Pan k burst will take part in the strike. A SILLY™ SQUABBLE. London, June 16. The suffragette who was turned out of the India Office reception for placing her hands on the Premier states that Mrs. Asquith boxed her ears and the Prime Minister struck her.
