At the dinner in honor of the birthday of the King, the Swedish Consul-in-Chief, referring to a talk of a scare of war between Russia and Sweden, said he did not think there was much in it. Sweden had, however, determined to defend herself. Sweden did not fear any second-class Power, and there would be a hard fight if a first-class Power attacked her at present.
